| The Juggler |
![]() |
| I came across this magnificent Bateleur Eagle taking a drink from a puddle in Tzavo East in Kenya. Bateleur means "juggler" or "tumbler" in french and alludes to the birds very short tail, which makes it an agile flyer but the rather comical landing resembles a juggler with much waving of the wings. |
